The 30-second version
- Entity AI is a study app. It is not run by, paid for by, or connected to your school.
- We keep what the app needs to work for you: your account, your chats and files, and any school info you choose to connect.
- To answer you, we send your question - and the files, screenshots or school info that go with it - to AI companies that power Entity AI (mainly Anthropic and OpenAI). Some of them may use it to improve their own services, under their own terms. See the full list.
- Entity AI only reads the school systems you connect (like Canvas, Google Classroom and Infinite Campus). It never turns in, posts or changes anything there.
- We don't sell your information and we don't show ads.
- You can download your data, disconnect a school account, or delete your account at any time in Settings.
- You must be 13 or older. If you're 13 to 17, a parent or guardian must know you use Entity AI.
Who we are
Entity AI is run by Entity AI. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Entity AI. You can reach us at support@entityai.dev. Entity AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or provided by any school or school district. When you connect a school account, that is your own choice.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, display name, and password. We store the password only as a scrambled "hash", so we can't see it. If you use "Continue with Google", we get your Google email address and name. If you use Sign in with Apple (in the iPhone app), we get the email address Apple gives us, your name if you share it, and an Apple account number. The email can be a private relay address. We also keep a token from Apple, locked with encryption. We use it only to cancel Entity AI's access when you delete your account.
- Your age answer: the year you were born (we ask before your first message, even without an account), whether you said a parent or guardian knows you use Entity AI, and which version of our Terms and this policy you agreed to, and when.
- What you put in: your chats, files, photos, projects, flashcards, notes, reminders and settings (like your time zone).
- School Data: the school info you choose to connect. See School Data.
- Payments: if you buy a plan, our payment processor handles your card. We never see or store your full card number. We store your plan and whether your subscription is active.
- Sign-ins and devices: when you sign in we store your IP address and your browser type, so you can see the devices signed into your account and sign them out. If you use Entity AI without an account, we count your free messages by your IP address, and those counts are deleted after 30 days. To stop bots, sign-up and a guest's first message may run a check by Cloudflare Turnstile, which gets your IP address and browser details.
- Usage and errors: how much you use each feature and what it cost us to run (so plan limits and spending caps work), and error reports when something breaks.
- Location, only if you allow it: the first time you ask for something "near me", your browser asks you for permission. After you allow it, each question about somewhere near you sends your location with that one question. We use it to answer that question and don't store it. (Entity Room is different - see Voice and microphone.)
- Ratings: if you tap thumbs up or thumbs down on an answer, we save the rating with that question and answer so we can fix bad answers. After a thumbs down you can also pick why (and add a short note if you choose Other); that is saved with the rating. It is kept until you delete your account, even if you delete the chat (a rating given without an account is deleted after 30 days).
- Answers that went wrong: when an answer shows signs of going wrong - it got cut off, a tool failed, or you had to ask again - we save a short piece of that one question and answer so we can fix what caused it. It is deleted after 30 days, or when you delete your account. When it looks like a bug, we log the kind of problem in our private bug tracker - without your words, name or email address. If we need your words to fix it, we may copy a short piece into that tracker with your name, email, links and numbers taken out. We may also turn it, with personal details taken out, into a private test question that Entity has to pass; that copy is deleted when you delete your account. Temporary chats are never saved this way.
Your chats are saved to your account so you can see them on your other devices. Temporary chat doesn't save your messages to your account and doesn't use memory. A file you attach in a Temporary chat is kept for up to 24 hours so that chat's follow-up questions can use it, and then deleted.
How we use it
We use your information to run Entity AI and answer you, to keep your account safe and stop abuse, to apply your plan's limits, to send the emails and notifications you asked for, and to find and fix problems. We don't use it for ads, and we don't train our own AI models on it.
School Data
"School Data" means information from school systems you connect - Canvas, Google Classroom, Infinite Campus, Schoology, Moodle, Brightspace and Blackboard - plus your Google Calendar and school Gmail (when you connect them), Khan Academy progress you paste in, and class recordings you use with Entity AI.
- What we store: your classes (name, teacher, period and term), your assignments (name, instructions, due date, points, whether it's turned in, missing or late, your score, when your teacher created or unlocked it, and the names and links of files attached to it), your grades and how they change over time, and class syllabi. For Google Classroom, Google Calendar and Gmail we also store the Google email address you connected. Some things, like announcements and class pages, are read when you need them - but when you use Catch Me Up or Teach me this lesson, the answer made from them is saved so you can open it again.
- Your school login is encrypted: your school logins are locked with encryption before we store them. That means your Canvas access token, your Infinite Campus password, your Schoology key, your Moodle token, and your Google, Brightspace or Blackboard permission. (With Moodle you can type your password once to get a token. We don't keep the password.) Only our server has the key, and it uses it only to read your school info for you. Grades, events and emails from the newer connections are encrypted too, and so is your Khan Academy progress. The rest of your School Data (like assignments and Canvas grades) is stored in our database without that extra layer.
- Google Calendar and school Gmail (Pro, only if you connect them): Entity AI reads the next 14 days of your main calendar (each event's title and time). From Gmail it reads only emails from your school's domain from the last 14 days. It gets the sender, subject, date and Google's short preview, never the whole email. It doesn't connect a personal @gmail.com account. Calendar events are deleted after 21 days and emails after 30 days.
- Khan Academy: Entity AI never signs in to Khan Academy. You paste your progress page (or a screenshot of it, which goes to an AI model provider to read), and we keep the course, unit, skill and progress.
- Entity AI only reads. It never turns in work, posts, or changes anything in your school systems. (Google's permission screen for Classroom may say Entity AI can see and edit your coursework - Google only offers that permission in a form that includes editing, but Entity AI only reads.) When you're ready to hand something in, you do it yourself in Canvas or Classroom. Entity AI never sends your chats, or anything else you do here, to your school or your teachers. (Your school system may keep its own record that your account was used to read your info.)
- What goes to AI providers: when you ask about your classes, or use a feature built on them, the school info that goes with your question (like assignment names, instructions, due dates, grades, and calendar event titles or email previews) is sent to an AI model provider so it can write the answer. In live voice mode, it goes to the voice provider. When a recording is turned into text, the names of your courses and assignments go to the transcription provider as spelling hints.
- How long we keep it: while a school account is connected, we keep its School Data and refresh it when Entity AI syncs. Text we pulled from class files and videos is deleted after 30 days. Class recording transcripts are deleted after 90 days. Notes about changed due dates are deleted after 30 days. Saved Catch Me Up and Teach me this lesson answers are deleted after 30 days. A checklist you made for an assignment is deleted once that assignment is no longer in your School Data, or after 180 days without a change.
- Disconnecting deletes it: when you disconnect a school account in Settings, we delete everything that came from it: its login, access token or password; your classes and assignments from it; your grade history from it; saved text from its class files and videos; class recording transcripts; your saved Catch Me Up and Teach me this lesson answers (they can mix classes from more than one school account, so all of them go); and notifications about it that haven't been sent yet.
- Google Classroom: when you disconnect Classroom, or delete your account, we also tell Google to cancel Entity AI's permission.
- Canvas: you make the Canvas access token yourself inside Canvas, so after you disconnect, delete it there too: in Canvas go to Account > Settings and remove it under Approved Integrations (or Access Tokens). Entity AI shows you these steps when you disconnect.
- Google Calendar and Gmail: when you disconnect them, or delete your account, we also tell Google to cancel Entity AI's permission (unless another Entity AI connection still uses that Google account).
- Schoology, Moodle, Brightspace and Blackboard: disconnecting deletes the key or token and everything that came from it here, but Entity AI can't cancel it at the school's system for you. To be sure, remove it there too (in Schoology, delete the API key you made; in Moodle, reset your security keys; in Brightspace or Blackboard, remove Entity AI from your account's connected apps).
Screen Assistant
When you turn on Screen Assistant, your browser shares your screen with Entity AI. While it's on, Entity AI sends a picture of your shared screen to an AI model provider as often as every 5 seconds (every 2 seconds on Ultimate), so it can spot questions and answer them. Anything on the shared screen can be in those pictures, including other tabs, notifications and messages, so share only the window you need and close private things first. We don't save the pictures. We do save the text Entity AI read from your screen (your newest 300) and its answers, so you can look back at them in Screen history. You can clear Screen history in the app. Sharing stops when you turn it off or close the tab.
Camera
If you use the camera in a chat, Entity AI takes one photo when you send your message and sends it with your question to an AI model provider. In live voice mode with the camera on, video goes straight from your browser to the voice provider while the call is on. We don't save camera photos or video on our servers.
Chrome extension
The Entity AI Chrome extension is optional. It reads a web page only when you ask it to, never in the background: when you ask about the page, or choose Explain with Entity, Make flashcards or Quiz me on text you highlighted. It then sends that page's text (or the text you highlighted), its title and web address, and your question to Entity AI. Entity answers the way a chat does, through our AI model providers. On a Google Doc it reads the document you have open. On YouTube our server reads the video's captions. For "Add to my Entity planner" it reads that Canvas assignment's name, due date and class. Answers in the extension are not saved to your chats and don't use memory. Flashcards are saved only when you press Save. An assignment goes on your planner only when you press Add. You connect the extension once on entityai.dev. It keeps a sign-in key in your browser (never your password). The key shows under Settings > Security, and you can disconnect it there at any time.
Voice and microphone
- Live voice: your voice (and, if you turn them on, pictures from your camera or shared screen) goes straight from your browser to an AI voice provider, OpenAI, which also sees your IP address. Our server starts the call but doesn't receive or record the audio. The words of the conversation (what you said and what Entity AI said) are saved in your chat, unless you're in a Temporary chat. During a call, Entity AI may give the voice provider school info it looked up for you, like due dates or grades.
- Typing by voice: in most browsers the microphone button uses your browser's own speech recognition, so your browser's maker (for example Google or Apple) handles that audio under its own privacy policy. In the iPhone app, on iPhones and iPads, and in browsers without speech recognition (like Firefox), the short recording goes to our server and on to a speech-to-text provider (OpenAI) to be turned into text; we don't keep the recording.
- Reading answers out loud: the answer's text is sent to a text-to-speech provider (OpenAI, or Microsoft Azure for the British voices and read-along highlighting).
- Audio and video files: recordings you upload (for example for Lecture Notes) are sent to a speech-to-text provider to be turned into text.
- Entity Room: Entity Room is an optional speaker for your room that we offer only to some accounts. After you wake it or press talk, what you say is sent to a speech-to-text provider and an AI model provider. Its conversation text is deleted after 24 hours. It keeps the place you set for it (and that place's map position, for weather and time) until you change it or delete your account.
- Study room calls: audio and video calls with the members of a study room go straight between your browsers (peer to peer) and are never recorded or kept. A direct connection shows your IP address to the classmates you connect with (and theirs to you). Cloudflare helps the call find a way through (STUN) and, when we have its relay (TURN) turned on, carries the call so classmates don't see each other's IP address. When you hold Ask Entity in a call, that short clip goes to OpenAI to be turned into text and is deleted as soon as it's heard; your question and Entity's answer are then posted in the room's General chat like messages.
- Voice notes in study rooms: the recording you send is kept encrypted for 30 days so the room's members can play it, and it goes to OpenAI to be turned into text, which is posted to the room like a message.
- Audio and video lessons: the narration, slides and script Entity makes from your notes are kept for 30 days, then deleted.
Class recordings
If your class posts recordings (for example in Canvas) and you have Entity AI use one - for example, you ask about it - Entity AI sends the recording's audio to a transcription provider to turn it into text. Recordings include your teacher's and classmates' voices, so think about whether it's okay to use them. The transcript is saved so Entity AI can answer questions about that class, and it is deleted after 90 days, or sooner if you disconnect Canvas or delete your account. The transcription provider keeps its own copies for a time under its own terms and may use them to improve its service.
Files and projects
- Chat files: files and photos you attach to a chat are sent to an AI model provider so Entity AI can read them. The last few files in each chat (up to 6) are kept with that chat so Entity AI can look back at them, until you delete the chat or your account. If you use Entity AI without an account, those files are deleted automatically.
- Spreadsheets: Entity AI works out a spreadsheet's numbers (averages, highs and lows, trends) with its own code before the AI model sees them. A gradebook export can include your classmates' names - when a table looks like it has people's names, that conversation turn is not saved to memory.
- Projects: files you add to a project are kept until you delete them or the project. To help Entity AI find the right part of a long file, the file's text is sent to an AI provider that turns it into "embeddings" (lists of numbers that describe what the text means), and we store them with the project. Word, PowerPoint and Excel files are kept as their text only. If you add files from Google Drive (Pro, when it is turned on), Google asks you to let Entity AI see only the files you pick - never the rest of your Drive - and the short-lived access Google gives for that is used once to copy those files and never stored. Chats inside a project are also remembered inside that project.
- Google Docs and Slides: when Entity AI makes a Google Doc or Slides deck for you, it is created in Entity AI's Google account and shared with your email address. If sharing with your email doesn't work, it's shared so anyone with the link can open it, and Entity AI tells you when that happens. These files are deleted when you delete the chat they were made in, or your account. (One made in live voice or Entity Room, outside a chat, is deleted with your account.)
- Writing Mode: Writing Mode writes a draft in a natural voice. When Memory is on, it can use a sample of messages you typed so the draft sounds like you. It checks how AI-written its draft sounds and rewrites it until it reads naturally: that check sends Entity AI's draft (not your other messages) to an AI-writing detection service, Originality.ai, when we have it turned on, and otherwise to our AI model provider.
- Notion (only if you connect it): you give Entity AI a key you made in Notion and one page to use. Entity AI only looks up that page's title and adds new pages under it when you ask it to save something there - it never reads your other Notion pages. The key is locked with encryption. Disconnecting deletes the key here; to cancel it completely, remove the Entity AI connection in Notion too.
- Works cited: citations you save (the author, title, date, website and web address of each source) are kept in your account for that essay, project or your own list, until you delete them, the project or your account - or after 365 days with no change to that list. When you ask Entity AI to fill one in from a link, it opens that page and may send the page's text to an AI model provider to find the author and date; the page text is not saved.
- Notes: class notes you write in Notes (and the typed text of handwritten pages you add) are kept in your account until you delete them or your account; a note you leave completely empty is removed after a day. When you press Clean up, Fill gaps or Quiz me, or add photos of handwritten pages, the note's text or the photos go to an AI model provider to do that - the photos are not saved. Answers you save to a class's Review list (the question, the answer and which chat it came from) are kept until you remove them, delete your account, or 365 days after you saved them.
- Code runs: when Entity AI runs code to work something out or draw a graph, the code runs at our AI model provider. The code, what it printed and the pictures it made are kept with that answer in your chat. Files the code saves while it runs are deleted from the provider as soon as the answer has shown them.
- Essay editor: when you press Suggest edits or Strict review, the Essay editor sends your essay's text (with your request, and your teacher's instructions if you opened it from an assignment) to an AI model provider so it can suggest edits. Entity AI does not store your essay: the draft stays in this browser only, and it is cleared when you log out.
Memory
Memory is off unless you turn it on in Settings. When it's on, Entity AI saves your questions and its answers so it can remember things about you in later chats. To find the right memories, each saved question and answer is sent to an AI provider that makes an embedding (Voyage AI). To answer faster, Entity AI may start looking up memories and web results for a message while you are still typing it, before you press Send - never in a Temporary chat, and memories only when Memory is on. You can see and delete memories, or clear all of them, in Settings. Custom instructions and pinned memories are kept until you change or remove them.
Sharing links
You can make a share link for a chat or a study set. Anyone who has the link can see what you shared, without signing in. We tell search engines not to list these pages. You can turn a link off at any time, and then it stops working. If you invite someone to a project, they can see and add to that project until you remove them.
Study rooms
Study rooms are for students 13 and older, and you only get into one with an invite link or code from a classmate. The other members (up to 7) see your first name or nickname, your initial, when you were last active in the room, and what you post there: messages, cards you add to the room deck and what you write in the shared study guide. Before a message, a picture, a card or a guide edit is shared, we send it to an AI model provider to check for bullying, sexual content and personal details - nothing else about you goes with it. If someone reports a message, a card or the guide - or anything else shared in the room, like a draft, a file, notes or a poll - a copy of that text, with who wrote it and who reported it, goes to the Entity AI team. The deck and the guide stay with the room; leaving a room deletes your private Entity chat in it, and deleting your account removes you from every room and everything you posted. Room messages, quizzes and reports are deleted after 30 days. You can block a member: you stop seeing their messages and cards and aren't notified about them, and they aren't told. (A room's host still sees every card, to look after the room.) We keep your block list - who you blocked, with their first name at the time - until you unblock them or delete your account.
Emails and notifications
- Email: we email you about your account (like confirming your address or resetting your password), and we send study reminders and summaries, which you can turn off in Settings. Reminders can include assignment names and due dates. Each reminder and summary email has an Unsubscribe link with a random code that belongs to your account (not your email address); we keep that code until you delete your account. We send email through an email delivery provider.
- Phone notifications: if you turn them on, your device's push service (run by your phone's or browser's maker) gets a wake-up signal with no message inside. Your device then gets the actual text straight from us. Notifications waiting to be delivered are deleted after 7 days.
- If you use the Entity AI iPhone app: Apple gives the app a device code so we can notify it, and we keep that code until you turn notifications off, sign out, or delete your account. Apple's notification service is the only way to reach the app, so what a notification says passes through Apple on its way to your phone. Nothing else about you is sent with it.
- Weekly email to a parent (your choice): if you enter a parent's or guardian's email address in Settings > School, we send that address one email asking them to say yes. Only after they confirm do we send them a short summary each Sunday: what is due this week, work marked missing, grade changes and how many days you studied - taken from your connected school accounts and your study counts. It never includes your chats, your files or anything you wrote. You can stop it any time in Settings, and they can stop it with the link in every email; either way we delete their address. An address you enter that is never confirmed is deleted after 7 days. Their address is used for nothing else.
- You can turn reminders, summaries and notifications off in Settings.
Who we share with
We share information only with companies that help run Entity AI, and only what their job needs. Here is each one and what it gets:
- AI model providers - Anthropic and OpenAI: Anthropic (Claude) writes most answers. It gets your message and the chat so far. It also gets the files, photos, screenshots and school info that go with it, your custom instructions, and the memories that fit (when Memory is on). When Entity AI runs code to work something out, the code runs at Anthropic. Files that code makes are deleted there right after. OpenAI runs live voice and makes and edits images (your prompt, and a photo you ask it to edit). It also reads answers out loud and turns short voice recordings into text. It makes embeddings of project files, and it double-checks Deep research answers (your question and the sources found).
- Voyage AI: makes embeddings for Memory - your saved questions and answers, and the message you're writing - when Memory is on.
- Speech and transcription providers - AssemblyAI and Microsoft Azure: AssemblyAI turns recordings, audio and video files, class recordings and speech-practice recordings into text, and gets your course and assignment names as spelling hints. Microsoft Azure Speech reads text out loud in the British voices.
- A web search provider - Tavily: gets the search words taken from your question, not your name or account.
- An AI-writing detection service - Originality.ai: gets Writing Mode's drafts, when we have it turned on.
- Map and weather services - Mapbox, Open-Meteo and the U.S. National Weather Service: only the place you ask about (and your location, if you allowed it for that question), or the town you set for Entity Room.
- An email delivery provider - Resend: gets your email address and the emails we send you (and a parent's address, for the weekly email you set up).
- A payment processor - Stripe: handles your payments on its own page, gets your email address, and keeps your card. We never see your full card number.
- Our hosting provider - Render: runs the servers and database that Entity AI uses, including the database's backups.
- Cloudflare: the network in front of entityai.dev. Everything you send to Entity AI passes through it on the way (including your IP address), and its Turnstile check helps stop bots. It also helps study room calls connect, and relays them when that is turned on.
- Google: "Continue with Google"; Google Classroom, Calendar and Gmail when you connect them; the Google Docs and Slides we make for you (made in Entity AI's Google account and shared with your email); and the Google Drive picker (Entity AI gets only the files you pick).
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, and notifications to the iPhone app (the notification's words pass through Apple on the way).
- The school systems you connect: Canvas, Google Classroom, Infinite Campus, Schoology, Moodle, Brightspace and Blackboard, which Entity AI reads from with your login. Notion, if you connect it, gets the pages Entity AI saves there for you.
- Your browser's push service (run by your browser's maker): an empty wake-up signal for phone and browser notifications.
- GitHub - our private bug tracker: error details, with email addresses, keys, links and personal details removed and no account attached. If we need your words to fix a problem, we may copy a short piece there with your name, email, links and numbers taken out.
- IPRoyal: a proxy network our server uses to open public YouTube video pages and captions. It gets only the video's address - nothing about you.
- Public reference sources: our server (not your browser) looks things up in jsDelivr (Chinese and Japanese character stroke data - only the character), Crossref and Open Library (only a DOI, an ISBN or a book title you search for), Openverse and Wikimedia Commons (only the image search words for slides), Quizlet (a public set link you give us) and YouTube (videos you link). Web pages you ask Entity AI to read are opened by our server too.
Some of these providers may use what we send them to improve their own services, under their own terms. Under their business terms, Anthropic, OpenAI and Microsoft don't train their AI models on it. They may keep it for a short time to check for abuse. AssemblyAI, Voyage AI, Originality.ai and Tavily may use it to improve their services unless a customer opts out. We don't sell your information, and we don't let advertisers use it. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
How long we keep things

- College application helper: your college list, deadlines, essay drafts and notes, activities and the scores you enter (drafts, notes, activities and scores are stored encrypted): until you delete them or your account. AP exam practice you answer (the question Entity wrote, the points per rubric row and the feedback - never your answer itself): 365 days; a practice you never answer: 7 days.
- Notes about changed due dates: 30 days.
- Notes: until you delete them or your account. Answers saved to a Review list: until you remove them, or 365 days after you saved them.
- Saved citations (Works cited): until you delete them, or 365 days after you last change that list.
- Books you follow in Novel companion (the title and the chapter you're on): until you remove them, or a year after you last change one.
- Checklists you make for an assignment or project: until you delete them or the assignment or project is gone, or 180 days after the last change.
- A file attached in a Temporary chat: 24 hours.
- Work Entity finished for you in the background (a Deep research answer, a recording, a unit study guide): 7 days, and it is also saved in the chat it came from.
- A parent's or guardian's email address (weekly email): until you stop the emails, they unsubscribe, or you delete your account; an address that is never confirmed: 7 days.
- Study room messages, quizzes and reports: 30 days. Voice notes in study rooms: 30 days. Audio and video lessons: 30 days. A room's deck and guide: until the room is deleted. People you blocked in study rooms: until you unblock them or delete your account.
- School Data: until you disconnect that school account or delete your account. Google Calendar events: 21 days. School Gmail previews: 30 days.
- Backups: our hosting provider keeps backups of our database for a limited time, so we can recover from a failure. Something you delete stays in those backups until they expire, and then it's gone.
Your choices
- Download your data: in Settings, open Data & memory and choose Download my data.
- Delete your account: Settings > Security > Your data > Delete my account. You confirm it's you with your password. With "Continue with Google", we email you a link to confirm. With Sign in with Apple, you confirm by signing in with Apple again in the Entity AI app on iPhone or iPad - or with a password, if you set one. This deletes your account and everything in it - chats, files, projects, memory, School Data, and the Google Docs and Slides we made for you - and cancels your subscription. We keep only a note that your email address already used a free trial, so a trial can't be used twice. Our payment processor keeps its own payment records, and copies that providers already received are handled under their own terms.
- Disconnect a school account: Settings > School. See School Data for what that deletes.
- Other controls: turn memory on or off, delete chats, clear Screen history, use Temporary chat, and turn emails and notifications off.
- Questions or requests: email support@entityai.dev.
Your privacy rights
You (or your parent or guardian, if you're under 18) can ask us to show you the information we have about you, fix it, give you a copy, or delete it. Email support@entityai.dev from your account's email address, so we know the request is yours. We answer within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Age (13 and older)
You must be 13 or older to use Entity AI. We ask for your birth year before your first message - even if you're using Entity AI without an account - and when you create an account (with "Continue with Google" or Sign in with Apple, right after you sign in). If you're under 13, you can't use Entity AI and we don't create an account - or, with "Continue with Google" or Sign in with Apple, we delete the one it just made. If you're 13 to 17, you must confirm that a parent or guardian knows you use Entity AI; we store that answer with your account.
If an existing account tells us its owner is under 13, we close it right away and delete it and its data 14 days later. If we learn in another way that someone under 13 has an account, we will delete it. Parents and guardians can email support@entityai.dev with questions or to ask us to delete their teen's account.
Security
Entity AI uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), stores passwords only as hashes, encrypts school logins, and offers two-step sign-in in Settings. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that nothing will ever go wrong. If you find a security problem, please email support@entityai.dev.
Cookies and storage on your device
A cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser also stores your settings and a copy of your chats. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign out, Entity AI clears the chats it saved in that browser.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy in a way that matters, we update the version and date at the top and ask you to agree again the next time you open Entity AI. We record which version you agreed to and when.
